How does the alarm work?
You set a high and a low threshold on the display — for refrigerated medication that's 2-8°C (36-46°F). If the sensor reads outside that band, the display sounds an audible alarm until you reset it, and the 24-hour memory records how far it drifted.
Does the sensor work inside a closed fridge?
Yes. The wireless sensor transmits through the fridge wall to the display outside — up to 100 m of range. You never open the door just to check.
Can I use it for the freezer too?
Yes. The sensors read from −40°C, so the Dual kit covers fridge plus freezer — or drop the second sensor into your Svalto Cooler on travel days and watch both on one screen.
What about power cuts?
