Where do I find my tracking number?

It's in the shipping confirmation email we send when your order leaves the warehouse — usually within 1–3 business days of ordering. Check your spam folder if it hasn't appeared, or log in to your account and open Orders. Still can't find it? Email info@svalto.com with your order number and we'll resend it.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 5–10 business days from dispatch, no matter where you are in the world. Shipping is free on every order. Delivery windows are estimates and can vary slightly during busy periods or due to customs in your country.

My tracking hasn't updated. Is something wrong?

Usually not. Tracking can take a day or two to show its first scan, and international parcels sometimes sit quiet while they move through customs. If your tracking hasn't updated after 5 business days, email info@svalto.com and we'll look into it right away.

I entered the wrong address, or something else needs fixing.

Email info@svalto.com with your order number as soon as you can. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update the address before dispatch. If it's already on its way, we'll work out the next steps with you — and if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo and we'll make it right.
