How should Mounjaro® or Zepbound® be stored?
Refrigerated at 2–8°C. The label allows a limited unrefrigerated window — commonly up to 21 days, counted cumulatively, not reset each time the pen goes back in the fridge. Once those days are used, they're used. Your leaflet and your pharmacist are the final word.
Why does the 21 days being cumulative matter for travel?
Because every warm hour spends the budget permanently. Keeping pens at 2–8°C in transit means the window is still there when you actually need it — rather than being quietly consumed by a day at the airport.
How many pens fit?
Three single-dose autoinjectors, or five slim multidose pens. The chamber is 17.8 × 5.0 cm.
Can I take it on a plane?
Yes — it's designed carry-on friendly. Each Power Cell is 37.7 Wh, under the 100 Wh airline limit for lithium batteries. Pack Power Cells in the cabin, not checked luggage.
Can it freeze my pens?
The chamber adjusts between 0 and 18°C and holds medication at 2–8°C — it is a cooler, not a freezer. Frozen insulin or GLP-1 medication is permanently damaged and must not be used, whatever the cause. If a pen has been frozen, don't inject it — ask your pharmacist.
Is it HSA/FSA eligible?
